To the Komets fans.
I would like to thank the Fort Wayne Komets fans for the support you guys gave me and the team this year. Even in the tough times, you guys where always there for me. I really enjoyed talking to some of you guys after games and I really appreciate the fans that came to me when I was injured to give me some support. Last year was a special year that I will always remember. One thing that I can say, is that I gave everything, everything I had every day for the Fort Wayne Komets, on and off the ice. Also, I would like to give credit to the Franke family for running a first class organization. It was an honor to wear the Komets jersey. Hockey is small world and you never know one day I might be back in the Komets organization. Blake, keep running a good blog it's always fun to go see what the fans think. Again, Thanks and good luck Komets!

OHIC Warrior Hockey Update:
The Komets will be signing Hukalo soon. He will be getting anounced within 2 weeks!
Is he pregnant?
Thank goodness the Komets aren't "singing" him. The Warrior has inside info on Hukalo? Wow! Who else is going to play for us this year Warrior MAN! Hukalo will be a first liner this year for us the way it is looking. Just think about that one for a second...HMMM....ok sign some more guys please. Don't get me wrong, Huk played great last year and I sang his praises much like the Komets are singing players now.
I didn't see Al Sims at the parade today. Guy was the only player walking with lots of office staff and the Frankies as Marv would call them. Would have been nice to have seen more players from the past and "singed" players as well. Nothing noted about the IHL with the Komet Paraders. Just the normal walk by with the Trolley and Icy. Should they or could they have done more? I don't know. Maybe they could have had Larry the PA Guy and Komet Warrior singing the hits as played at the Jungle (MC)? That would have been brilliant. Gary Glitter blasting down the streets with the Warrior belting out the "You Suck!!!!!!" MAN!
Enema Man could have left his mark on the parade wearing an IHL sweater. The Twister could have twisted his way down Berry with all of his following. Ryan Jorde could have put fear into the crowds. Only if Rob Guinn would have remembered there was a parade today, don't question his toughness.
Hit..Komet Warrior and Skate you guys should get paid to pump up the crowd before the games. LOL :) Maybe next year all the bloggers can be in the parade. We can carry little plastic hatches or some riot gear. At least put Blake and Justin on the trolley. Since we don't have any "singed" players yet. Go K's ICE CREAM MAN,where are ya big guy? Your missing all the checking here. We have been going to the boards lately.
Had other commitments or I would have been walking with The News-Sentinel staff.
I don't think anything has been missed in any sense of the word.

those are signings...they are just covering the dispersal draft...I don't like that site..its hard to tell who signed and who just got thier rights transferred....they were just covering the dispersal draft...got my hopes up a little bit...but then i got to looking more and they are just transfers of rights..
