The Komets made it all the way, arriving about 9 a.m. this morning. They watched NHL playoff games all night. They practiced at Noon today. It's also snowing up there, so they had to cancel their trip to Mount Rushmore.
According to Komets president Michael Franke, Bobby Phillips did not make the trip to Rapid City because of his upper body injury.
