Chase is the standard I compared to all the other announcers when listening to minor league hockey games. I'll take an old timer like Bob (even with his disparagement of the Thunder during the two roadies we had against the K's), over any new, up and coming young stud calling games. The first hockey game I ever listened to on the radio was a K's game called by Bob.

Chaser is THE MAN and always will be. He could have gone to NHL a few times but chose to stay here. Thanks Bob for all the memories. After i retire i can look back and gladly say that we were counterparts. And i a very proud of that.
