Watching the K's......the clock stayed on 17:10 for at least 5 shifts. Not sure why?

This game has been fast up and down the ice. Dayton has had some break-aways....Reiter stoned them.

Another questionable call....it was a penalty as he was hooked going to the net, but he wasn't pulled down, and Vaskuvio got the shot off.

Last time I watched on CHLTV, there was a chat box on the right of the screen. Anybody know where I can find that again?

It was gone for me too.

The one complaint I have about CHLTV is it is a more narrow ratio of picture than 4:3.....The bars on the sides if the screen are huge.....Wish they would make the cameras broadcast 16:9....or give the option of resizing the display.

Oh well....at least we get to watch it.

Wow.....one of the Komet defenders cannot get the puck out of the zone, and keeps turning it over.

One thing I have noticed is that our D-men are having a hard time figuring out how defend around the net without grabbing or crosschecking like they were able to do in the IHL... This league, your gonna get called for any obstruction around the net. 7 of 8 D-men on the roster played last season in the IHL. Work in progress....

Another game....another struggle to find offense.

They need to stay out of the penalty box or learn to take someone with them when they do... Hard to comeback when your a man or 2 down...

45 shots for the K's and we can only muster 1 goal.....ugh Hit, did the K's get any traffic in front of the Gems goalie tonight? Were most of thier shots into the goalies gut again or did MacIntyre have a really good night tonight???

K's are now a -52 as a team so far this season...gotta start scoring some even strength goals...

Chase is saying we had ALOT of turnovers again tonight... They need to get out of this funk.

Hard to call it a "funk" when they've never had anything going in the first place.

Not to panic...just 34 days and 15 more games until Christmas...plenty of time.

I've always liked that stat JM... And right now, it doesnt lie. The Komets are a combined -52 and thier record reflects that... 5 out of a potential 14 pts and tied with Odessa and Tulsa fior 15th place.

JR, 3rd goal was off a give-away.

And to answer the other question, the shots are nothing special, alot of times it is someone skating over the blue-line and just throwing the puck at the net......no real play, system, team work, nothing more than a shot and a prayer. No one is setting the offense up. Everything comes from the blue-line, at least 85-90% as it seems. And there are 3-4 defensemen that refuse to move the puck into the right areas to get the offense into position for quality chances.

This team, honestly, does not have a quarterback. I will add to this thought in the newest thread.
