Oh wow. I didn't realize it until the very end, but I saw that guy. I was standing just a few feet away from Dan when he was taping the sign off segment in the stands. I remember seeing the WOWO logo on his shirt, wondering what it was all about since WOWO is a radio station, not a TV station. Cool.
And thanks for the clip of Bob's call. Being at the game, I obviously missed it, but it was great to see him out on the ice afterwards. B)
This is a great video I was also at this game and once I saw it I recognized this guy from WOWO from the Tea Party in Fort Wayne- he interviewed my family. I can't wait to see where he shows up next!
Much better video at wane.com. This guy is shooting home video and doesn't follow action well at all. There are excellent videos from both TV stations but wane has all three periods and after the game. It's done by professionals as well.
Blake, I just finally got a chance to watch the "In The Zone" (2am no less) with Glen Marini that you did on Monday and I have to say that it was excellent. You 2 are great together and really do a fabulous job of covering the Komets. Glen really is great at the interviews and you do a spot-on job at bringing the vast knowledge of Komet hockey out of your data-bank and out for people to hear. You should both be real proud of that effort and I hope that the 2 of you somehow or another get a regular scheduled show next season of at least once a week doing a "Komets In the Zone" show for at least 30 minutes, I would really enjoy an hour show. Once again, stunning job Superfan!!!
