shy of the record 48 after the first 10 games in 1999....on the flip side, the
Komets have allowed a team low 23 goals after 10 games (second lowest was 28 in
2001).....the Komets power play is the best it's ever been after the first 10

Former Komet assistant Gerrard Gallant has been fired by Columbus
That sucks. Gerard is one of the classiest people I've met in hockey.
Couldn't motivate his team, saw that in the Oiler game Friday when I was there in Columbus then again watching them on TV against Chicago.
