For the first time ever, the blog passed 100,000 hits for a month, so yes, it does make a difference when the Nellies don't dominate everything. About 25,000 hits over a month. To give you some perspective, we've increased from 450,000 total hits two years ago to 750,000 last year. Can we go for 1 million?
I'm trying to get some special things up today. The first will be up in about five minutes.

The ones your circle calls "Nellies" have been the ones who have been spurring a lot of the discussions on here, and they haven't been wrong as much as some would like.
To the realist fans who observe things and can discuss them as adults without name-calling, congratulations on helping the blog and having good discussions.
Komets are finally getting fun to watch again. It's great seeing them turn the corner and work together as a team. I don't know that it's ALL Chaulk, but he's a big part of the turnaround. Lardner is awesome, Patrosso is really stepping up, and Lapointe is great in faceoffs. I'm looking forward to the games this weekend and have a feeling I won't leave sleepy like I have in a lot of games this year. GO KOMETS!!
