Rockford forward Billy Tibbetts does have to sit out any time he's earned in the AHL while playing in the UHL, according to UHL officials. The league is just waiting to see what kind of suspension the AHL hands down. That means he's more than likely out for Friday's game unless the AHL only gives him a one-game suspension which he already served in the AHL with Chicago.

I thought all the leagues had a gentlemens agreement on suspensions/waivers type things...I always thought he would of had to serve the suspension before he could play...
So did I, but Rockford's coach was sure.
Hey Blake, What was the suspension for?
I know the NHL/AHL/ECHL all honour each others suspensions. Perhaps because the UHL in non union they handle each incident on a case by case basis?
He went off on a guy in the AHL, and blasted him with his stick and then supposedly there was some abuse of official.
He and Domber could have a "turtling" contest....LOL
