Good...
As I said before if he has a chip on his shoulder and comes out and wins a roster spot then I have no problem with this.
The Komets will not win or lose the cup based on this signing. That's why I never understood the energy both positive and negative over this player.
I hope he works his butt off at camp, wins a spot, has a "tell my critics to shove it" attitude and scores 10 goals and racks up a +20 season.
I think it is 50/50 whether he makes it or not. I think if he does he'll be a part time/healthy scratch player.
I am not thrilled with the signing but now that he is here, just like the others I didn't want back that are here, I'll pull for them to do well.

I tell you about players
1) franke yes no & then they are here.
2) these players will be here,IF a better deal does not happen.
3)Houston beats the colts down, I tell you this before it happens.
4) I like Warner, there is worse players on this roster.
5) if the "goal scorer & "tough guy" is not here by end of October. I will retire,

Mightbite, I'm with you on #'s 1,2,& 3. Not sure you are correct about #4. Don't you even consider #5. I still believe you are correct!
JungleMonkey, I will echo your "good luck" wish to Brandon Warner. I don't think he's the guy to sign, but I will wish him good luck to prove me wrong.
The opening night roster sees about an average of 26% turnover by the time the playoffs begin. I need to keep that in mind as the start of training camp creeps closer.

look, he isnt the worst. But IMO doesnt make the team, period. and if he comes out smokin this year, cool. but with the past, its hard to believe he makes the team. as for no one being safe, dont we hear this crap every year? kinda hard to believe.
