Has anybody seen a febreeze commercial where a couple is all oohing and aahing over the smell in there house while a hockey game is going on a big screen tv in the backround? any way I'd swear if you look closely at it it looks like the Komets and the Indy Ice from what looks like the early 90"s. I don't why it caught my eye but you fans who are more knowledgeable of the time need to see it. I could only make out one number and it looked like Cary Lucyk no.12.

All I can say after watching the highlights on the news is I woulda had some killer pics tonight. All the celebration moments went right to the corner I shoot from in the third period. Way to go Komets! From what I heard it was a complete effort, an that's all anyone has ever asked for. Listening to Chase it sounded like P.C. was all over the place. They needed you, and you came through.
Now, if you all can get it done Saturday night, I can probably convince my wife to let out long enough to shoot Game 7 Monday.

Wow..All I can say is Wow...Way to go boys...! I saw Heart, I saw effort..and I saw a lot of goals. I was so excited on the way home I got pulled over. They are doing some pull-over thing this weekend so everyone be careful driving up tomorrow, the cops are out full force this weekend. Thankfully, I only got a warning and he was a nice cop.
Way to go Komets! See you all tomorrow night!

Kind of a Jeckyl-Hyde transformation took place tonight. At the beginning of the night the Komets looked and played like a beaten team. Then, all of a sudden, it was like we're not going to take this anymore. They started fighting back both physically and emotionally. The pace of the game of the game picked up dramatically, and the Komets played like the team that we all know that they can be. They crashed the net and put pressure on all over the ice. The players stood up for theselves, and each other. As a result, the goals flowed, not all of them pretty, but that's the way it should be.
Everyone helped in the effort tonight. It was nice to see PC Druin go all out and play with power and committment. No one can guaratee what will happen in the game at Port Huron tomorrow, but if the team plays like it did in the 3rd period tonight Colin Chaulk's enjoinder that he'd see us all back again on Monday night has a very good chance of coming true.

I think there could be multiple cheapshots sent to the league for review for possible suspensions. Chaulk took a ton of cheapshots and they went after Drouin by the Part Urine bench.
I was slightly nervous after they went down 2-0, but it seemed like once they got the first goal, some sort of magical burst of confidence formed.
That goalie is very beatable,,, you have to just keep peppering him over and over, no need to pick and choose your shots, just shoot.
How soon will they attack Hodgman tomorrow night.....And I saw Lindberg slash Rodger and Hukalo in the same manner tonight that Hodgman slashed him.
That smell tonight you could smell......it was Hawthorne. He stinks. He couldn't officiate his way out of a wet paper bag. He sucks. He still might be the worst ref in all of sports. at least a close second? Sorry Burgee.

I've got to agree with Janice on Patrosso's spear on PC..If sent in for recview should atleast get a 1 game suspension, possibly 2. PC did a great job getting in their heads tonight and he made them very, very frustrated.

sure looked like a spear to us too, gamemisconduct....of course, patrosso was wearing red, not orange....that knocks it down to a "bumped into him on the ice", and the fact that his name started with a P means he had to have been pleasant when he did it, so that erases the second half....so if you add those two....ok, now carry the one....yep, that's what I thought. They cancel each other out, so nothing will be done.
Am I getting this referee math right? I am bad at math....a little help here....

The Komets played the first period like they did the series and that was flat footed. The second and third period they started to hit back and quit crying to the referee. They decided to hit back!!!! I thought Guy made a few bad passes but he was playing a great defensive and offensive game. He was crashing the net and jumping the puck to keep it in the offensive zone. OC and Drouin were all over the place hitting people. Chewy and Shrock work every shift like it is going to be there last!! Overall it was a great second and third period. I still think Warner kills us on defense. He was scared to death to get hit in the corner and it cost us a bad turnover. The other time he let up so he didnt get hit he just about got knocked out!! I thought Rodger played a strong game also. Overall a great game. If I dont have to umpire tomorrow due to rain we will be going to PH.

You can but tickets through Ticketmaster or at the Coliseum.
