Is this press conference open to the public like the one in Evansville?

For all of you who think the ECHL is a better league you are wrong. The top lines are very good and the goalies are very good. The D are big the second and third lines are not as good as the CHL just my view.

Don't get mad Blake. But there are some questions that I'd like to know as the Komets announce their move to the ECHL.
I am presuming that Brian McKenna will fly from Evansville to Fort Wayne so he can be a part of both announcements. Since the ECHL is a new direction for the K's, I am wondering about a few things.
1) How much larger is the salary cap in the ECHL as compared to the CHL?
2) What is the roster size, the veteran rule ( in terms of games and how many can be on a roster), the injured list, are there any "special" rules ( like one player's salary doesn't count against the cap or something like that) or other exceptions?
3) Who controls the teams' trademark?
4) Who controls the team logo ( the fireball)?
5) Did the Franke's dissolve their Corporation and start a new one as they did when moving from the "AAA" IHL to the UHL?
6)When is the trading deadline?
7) When is the deadline for bringing in players from Europe and is there a minimum number of games they must play?
8) Have the Franke's been negotiating with any NHL teams to be their "AA" team? ( I hope it's not the Blue Jackets or the Flames. I'd rather go alone than with either of those two).
9) Did the Franke's purchase a "dark" franchise in order to gain entry?
I'm not trying to steal your thunder or assume you wouldn't find this stuff out as you pursue more information. It's just stuff that I'd like to know and this seemed the perfect time to ask you to satisfy my curiosity on a few things.
I think most would be interested and I agree with Janice. The biggest surprise wasn't if they were going to move, it was when they would announce it.
I know Chaulk, Smith, Chaumont, Thomas, Milam, Lovell and Henley are all now veterans among the skaters. In Michael Franke's interview with Mr. Leininger, he said this coming year, there would be 9 veterans - was he including the goalies? Chaumont went over the 260-game mark this year in North American pro leagues.
Assuming they come back next year, DeAngelis, Schrock and Vaskivuo would play their 260th pro games in 2012-2013 and would be considered veterans for 2013-2014, according stats found on hockeydb.com.
The only rookies on this year's roster would be Maggio and Roehl, per ECHL rules. If I'm right, everybody else on the final roster would be considered "tweeners."
Assuming the Komets are moving to the ECHL, the next two years will be interesting in roster composition.

Really hope to see the Komets make a roadtrip to Florida. I'm sure they'd go as far down as Orlando.
