Nice to hear that we will learn a little bit more about the Komets this week and next.
Not sure that a Pacer's cap is the thing to wear during a Stanley Cup affair. No komets hats available to you?
Mario Larocque has signed to play in the CHL. Hope he likes bus rides. He signed in Arizona.

Blake...After watching all these interviews I have come to the conclusion that maybe just maybe you should look into TV reporting. You do an outstanding interview.

No way in the world I would wear a Komets hat, Alan. Very unprofessional.

Really?? Unprofessional?
OK, I will defer to your knowledge. Would a Mad Ants or Tin Caps cap been better?
Just wondering, but it really isn't all that important now that I think about it.
Let's get some real talented young players announced, what do 'ya say?

It would be unethical for me to wear any hat of a of a team I could cover so I just wouldn't. That's one reason why I wear old-school Pacers logo. Loved those teams growing up, but I would never wear a current-day Pacers' hat.
Really, the only team I root for is the Bears since there's such a slim chance I'd ever cover them.
Younger players... I'm sorry but I don't know a whole bunch about the two kids they've signed so far. This is a rough time of year because working 20 hours a day on the high school football tab. Stanley Cup was fun, but it kind of threw a monkey wrench into the regular schedule right now.
I think I said somewhere on here last week, I'd like to see the Komets use what they have as a base and then once they get everybody signed see if they could then spend the rest of the time trying to find somebody they might think is better than what they have. They need a competitive camp to help them get off to a fast start, and that would be the best way to make that happen.

Another player we'll see in camp is Jordan Chong. He was the co-rookie of the year in the SPHL and just re-signed with Grahams team and in the released it mentioned he'll be in our camp.

My gooed friend Frank just called me to let me know that Stephon Thorne and Jean-Philipp Chabot ( with Arizona last year, 63 games-22 goals-22 assists) have signed). It is on the ECHL home page.

Not "gooed", but good friend Frank. That needed to be corrected. Anyway the Komets are adding talent up front with another solid offensive player in Chabot and a nice signing in Thorne.

Reiter also signed a two-way with Bridgeport and is expected in Komets camp. Big day for Komets.
