Because he's 100x better than anything we have here now...
Deslauriers cannot score goals for this team. The Komets cannot score against ECHL goalies... Komets have averaged 2 goals scored per game in his 9 games... If you take away the Toledo game during that stretch where the Komets scored 5 goals then they averaged 1.6 goals scored per game for the remaining 8 games he's played...
Effinger has played the most games of ANY Komets goalie this season and is last in almost every statistical goalie category...
