With it being Cincy will it be the 2-3-2 format or the traditional 2-2-1-1-1? Not sure if the 2-3-2 is the standard format for all ECHL playoff's or is it deternine by distance?

Dont include Chaulk, he didnt quit the Komets. The Komets quit him.

Agree regarding Chaulk.  What was he supposed to do this season?  He wanted to coach.  The Komets refused to give him a job, so he took a job that would permit his family to stay in Fort Wayne.  He has nothing in common with the players who walked out on the team.

Chaulk will always do great wherever he is--nothing wrong with getting a new view once in awhile-- He will always be a "True Komet" not to worry!

I can't believe one person claiming to be a Komet fan has any ill will toward Chaulk. This guy gave this team everything he had and more then most fans know within the dressing room and coache's office. Sadly, if Chaulk had made head coach here he would not have picked Gary as his assistant. Both, being nearly newbies to coaching would have butted heads often.

Chaulk will make a fine head coach in hockey, be it if he returns to the Komets or not. My guess, if he wants to make a career in coaching and sadly makes moves to teams away from Fort Wayne area that he will be in the AHL ranks within 3-5 years, if not sooner. Is future in hockey is secure if he is committed to it.
