and you were spot on about Gary Graham. I was one who was loudly questioning the choice. I questioned it even further as team started off so slow and the whole Lang-Vaskivu0 debacle occured. But I changed my mind in a hurry when his family started taking grief in the stands. That kind of behavior made me sick and I decided it was time to support him and give the benefit of the doubt that he could turn things around. He did. I'm glad.
Admittedly I don't know the situation with every franchise in the league, but the job he's done this season certainly qualifies him to be named "ECHL Coach of the Year"
