An awesomely tough defenseman who won a Turner Cup with the Komets in 1963 and then tried for years to clobber them with Des Moines.

So very sorry to read about Ivan Prediger. He was something.

The game has changed, but if you were lucky enough to witness his play, you'd know that the Komets of today could use an "Ivan Prediger" type. Fans would love him.
