Tailing the Komets

Anybody else see the irony in this?

NHL is bidding to buy the Phoenix Coyotes after Reinsdorf group drops out.

There's no league in hockey that's stable right now. Maybe the NFL is the only league that doesn't have any major problems.

How many players are in trouble with the law? Also they build a 1 billion dollar stadium & put the scoreboard too low. Go Colts- Go Texans.

The NFL as a league is quite remarkable when you think about it. I mean they have huge advertising revenues, huge TV revenues, and is the most popular sport in the United States. They can achieve all of this and they don't even have a franchise in Los Angeles. What other major league sport could even survive without a franchise in Los Angeles?

Phhft. Yeah, total SNAFU down there. I know it's pathetic, but ya gotta love a team named after Wile E. Coyote. Long live the Desert Dogs! :D

Wendy, you've just got to love a community that has two hockey franchises- one named the Coyotes and one named the Roadrunners. (It is just a little ironic that both are being run into the ground.) Just like the cartoon!!

Quick! Someone call Acme! Surely some rocket-propelled ice skates would help.

The NFL has their share of real problems too, espically when the current CBA expires.
