A good rule to live by. Having said that....here is my summary of the game: Disappointed.

1-0 oldtime score there. They just couldnt get much going on offense...but the Hawks had a lot to do with that as they checked close all night and clogged the lanes pretty good. Then when we did have open lanes the passes were behind the reciever or in their skates, It think I saw only about 4 good crisp passes all night. On the up side the defense played well and cut way down on the turnovers. Nick played very well in goal. In a down period here I guess but not worried here. Lets get one against K-z00. And Dennis is right only us plus Randi Marcom are getting old.......well maybe the chips in the press box are close to our age Denny...lol.

The only thing that worried me last night was guys lacked energy and didn't look like they wanted to give 100% effort. After losing 2 straight, and as bad as they looked at K-Zoo, I would have thought you would see guys pressing darn hard to show coach, they want to win. Way too much standing around from some guys last night. Legault and MacMillan started the one scrum and ended in a fight, and it looked like maybe the boys would wake-up...then they went back to sleep again.

Coach moved guys around in line combinations last night trying to spark the offense some. PC and Chaulk do not gel well at all. Not sure why, but that doesn't work. Tonight's lines ought to look like this:
Curadeau, O'Conner, Chaulk
Hukalo, PC, Legault
MacMillan, Gravelle, Varone
Shafronov....well...he is hurt.

Osman back next week. Lines will change. Lewis will be on the team. I bet more moves are coming in the next few days to weeks. Fields is gone. We need a Good D-Man that can shoot the puck and a power forward that is willing to go in front of the net and in the corners.
