DUGLAW-He checked Lawmaster from behind. Lawmaster ended up with a ruptured sleen. Not the way most Komet fans wanted to see him get injured. He still needs a good beating by just about any Komet willing for what he did to Shafranov. I hope he gets health quick so that he can get his just reward.

No penalty was called on the play. Lawmaster said in the paper that he thought it was a clean hit. More inconsistancy. Jones must have telepathically known his "intent". Why did Liambas continue to play for 2 games after the incident if a suspension was coming? Liambas is a marked man. After getting tossed out of jr hockey for a similar incident, Jones will be keeping tabs on him and officials will be using the rulebook to its full extent against him.. Sounds like someone else I know.

This kid is a dirty player. Always looking for the Scott Stevens big hit except that Stevens caught players who had their heads down from the front or side. This guy looks to do it from behind.
