Except for the fact that they don't know what league it is, I enjoyed it very much.

Rocky--He knew what league it was. He coached in the old UHL/Colonial League. He played in the Old IHL. Thunder Bay was in that League. Great interview! That is the "Gabby" I know. I am surprised he didn't want an assist for one of the goals scored in that game. Thanks for the link Blake.

With all due respect I realize that, Dschbig. I was there. I'm commenting on Mr Savage saying "people might not know that your first year as a head coach was in THIS league for Muskegon 18 years ago." That was the COHL, not this league.
And later Mr Savage asks if there is anything that sticks out in his mind from that season with Muskegon in THIS league and BB talks about experiences in Thunder Bay. Again, that was the COHL.....hence, my remark.

Correct me if I'm wrong; but the Colonial league morphed into the United league which morphed into the reincarnation of the modern era International league which is somehow supposidly the "old" IHL.......sooo it could be considered this league in a round-about way......

Yeah, I agree with JR. They want to say this is a revival of the old IHL, and it is the descendant of every other league that evolved in between, so in a roundabout kind of way, I don't think it is wrong to lump them all together.
