He doesn't have a concussion. He's got vertigo. He wanted to play tonight, but the doctor said no. He's hoping to go tomorrow.

That Sucks! Vertigo (if its bad enough) can end careers faster than concussions....
All the best to Cescon!
So there down to 5 D-Men and 1 winger if schrock doesn't play more tonight..not good
Agreed, get well Cescon. He's been one of my favorite players to watch this year.
Hoping he can get healthy and suit up soon.
No game updates?
Beats me. In this age of communcation one would think yes----------but no.
1-1. 7 mins to go in the 3rd

Link to the stats of tonight's game.
1-1 with about 4 minutes to go in the third...
K's 0-6 on the PP...
Evansville's 1-3 on the PP...
K's Special teams are having a bad night.
OT. Hit the post with 1 min left.
5 D-Men killing penalties has got to be taking its toll.
Pretty good game tonight, though. Shots are 32-19 FW.
K's lose in OT
Wow, that was pretty awful. Chaulk got beat on a faceoff by Lindberg back to Obermeyer at the blue line and he ripped a slap shot that Brian Bicek tipped past Reiter in overtime. Shots were 32-23.
Looks like they did everything right but win. 6 pps to 3, shots.
crap
Evansville has really become a thorn in the Komets side.
They just plain struggle against Eville and after Sunday they face a tough road to finish the season.
At least we got a point. Two would of been better. They played really good tonight, so did the iceman. Gonna be a scrapper tomarrow!! GO KOMETS!!!
It's not just that they're losing, it's that they seem to be playing really poorly all of a sudden. Since that really nice 4-1 win against QC, they've been struggling with the worst team in the league and getting ripped by the others they've played since DeAngelis went down. Where would they be if they hadn't played Evansville in 3 of the last 5?

Here is a Cescon jersey :)
Does anybody remember Sims saying that the team was "ultra-confident"? Since that time they have struggled. Seems to me that everyone should have a quiet confidence and go about their business and just play solid hockey. The whole team has hit a wall all of the sudden. Defense, offense and goaltending. And throw in the fact that its no coincidence that DeAngelis got hurt and Warner has been playing. And not to mention that they got rid of Musslewhite. To me he brought speed to the Komets lineup which was lacking the beginning of the season and now that speed is gone. Seems to me that you can almost tinker with your line up a little too much. And for god sake play Mirasty.
My question is....is this team Healthy right now?
I have had an upper-respiratory illness going on for about 2 weeks and it just doesn't seem to go away....and if I was trying to play any sort of sport right now, I am sure it would affect my performance.
There have been alot of bugs and illnesses flying around over the past 2 months, everyone here has either known someone or had something themselves.
Just wondering if this could be a factor, not trying to make excuses for the team......Just makes you wonder when they looked so dominate over whoever they played for 2 months, and now they can't beat Dayton or Evansville.
Go K's!!!
If one goes by tradition that the Komets have had over the past few years you get this. A huge finish to the regular season to zoom past others into a good playoff spot. Appears this is not going to happen. The slow start at the season was normal and they did come around at Christmas time. A little over a week ago i thought for sure they had a good shot at winning it all. Now dont get me wrong it would not be easy but they were playing very well. Now the wheels have fallen off and they cannot score again and they are getting beat like 8-0 and 6-2. This season has really been a tough one to figure out. So today this team needs a impressive win at home and a very strong finish to the playoffs. Been a tough one to figure out for the fans and everybody!
A head injury can cause vertigo.
Komets did not have a beer discount nights this year :(
I have been to more games this year than ever. I too share Tim Hokes thoughts about how well they were playing after a slow start. Seems like after that bra went out on the ice after Patrosso's hat trick last friday it's all been downhill from there!
Sitting here...2+ hours from face off and debating whether or not to go tonight...and it hits me...
Much like the players on a team with a barely .500 record aginst the worst team in the league...I just don't give a damn enough about Evansville to get ready. Oh sure, I could hop in the shower; get dressed; drive to the game; fight for a parking space; get a ticket; and go to the game...but I'd merely be going through the motions while dreaming of the start of the playoffs...
Just don't think I have 71% effort in me tonight...
Looks like the Komets aren't doing enough for that Kasual fan $$$!
