I'm wondering if the Komets will pull off the same April Fools joke they did a couple of years ago. It was a riot watching the other team and their reaction.

Want to remind us of what that was?

Hoss, I don't want to spoil it in case they do it again. You will have a good chuckle. If they don't do it, I will answer your question tomorrow. Fair enough?

Thanks Alan. I am sure I was at the game, but don't remember what they did.

Flint....glad they have probably run out of time to get into the playoffs. Nobody is playing better right now. It's really too bad. If they put on a product like this from the start of the year the fans would have had reason to come back.

Didnt the K's send out one of the youth travel teams when announced??? The games started, so I can spill the beans (if my memory serves me correctly)....

Boy, Sergei could be the free agent pickup of the year in the IHL... Also helps the the former NHL'ers Smolinski and Rheaume are playing like they care....

Yes, Hoss. That was it exactly. I didn't want to spoil the surprise for others if they decided to do it again. Wasn't it clever and funny. I'll never forget the look on the other players as those little guys hustled around the ice a lap or two. I sure wish they could have done it again last night.

That is funny....great prank. I'll have to remember that one in reverse for if my kid ever plays on April Fools' Day, and send out some big tall guys in jerseys like his against his opponents....
