I'm surprised it went to a guy from the North / Turner, there's seemed to have been an advantage to being a player from the South / Berry. Looking at the Best of the Best voting, it appears that the North votes have been split along a IHL / CHL line, while the South teams seem to have voted for South CHL teams.
