We bought the Komets away package last year and was very disappointed with streaming issues, drop-outs, audio sync problems, camera men not showing the action. In my opinion unless the service were to be greatly approved I would not but it again.
**We are on a Fiber connection through Frontier and we never see any down time or service interruptions. 15/5 is plenty fast enough to stream video too.

Agreed Ryan C. The service was terrible. I will not support them unless it greatly improves as well.

Very disappointed in the broadcasts I
purchased previously. Hopeful there is drastic improvement going forward.

I was extremely disappointed as well. My streaming video included both radio broadcasts playing at the same time. I emailed their support and they refused to refund the $7.00. Never dealing with them again.

To keep the string of complaints going I also had a bad experience the one time I used CHL TV. The streaming was fine but the content was terrible. I saw more advertisments for the home team's apparel and promotions than I saw of the game. I saw about 20 minutes of actual game play. Total waste of $7.00!

The delay between chase and streaming was about 3-5 seconds at home games. Annoying. And yes, games at rapid city were an infomercial.

Quad City was the worse to watch a game from. Rapid city would be my 2nd. Each time i watched a game from Quad City it always went down, and i got my money back i think twice.
