Go, Komets!! I can't be there tonight due to a very early morning game tomorrow (I truly hope that whoever designed the Squirt schedule has some coffee for me....8:20AM game at McMillan for real?! LOL) so you all will have to cheer the guys on for me. I'll be there Sunday. Since I know you'll all miss me so...

And I just thought I'd mention that I just read the "other" blog for the first time in quite a while, and wow. That was awful. Someone called the other person a name in like the first 3 posts I read! Good grief! It really makes me appreciate this one so much more. Thanks, Blake, for keeping us under your iron fist (ha ha) and thanks to you all for being civil (even if you really, really don't want to some days).

Did anyone else notice that it was the ref alone that broke up the fight between Rodger and Ward at 15:54 of the third period? Maybe refs aren't supposed to break up fights, but it obviously does happen.

Nice to see Lincoln Kaleigh Schrock get another goal. The kid does hustle.

I mentioned something about that too (the ref breaking the fight up) and someone next to me said it was because it was moving into the generals bench. Now, I know no one got injured, (someone seriously could have) but, Blake do you know if the Komets are going to ask for a review of the play that led to that fight? When Rodger took the initial hit it was obviously led with an elbow, even one of the linesman came over to the official and told him to call it while he reporting the penalties. Oh, yeah and not to mention the slash on Bertram in that same altercation.
