1. The Bisbee- Douglas Copper Kings took advantage of baseball legend Ted Williams' body being cryogenically frozen in 2003 by giving out frozen popsicles to the first 500 fans.
The Wizards didn't make the list, but if they move downtown, perhaps someone can come up with a good stunt. Come to think of it, some people think such a move itself would be a good stunt.

I suppose they could have flood day, when everyone who shows up wearing slacks that are too short gets a bottle of water....
or Hip to be Square day (given good ol' Fort Wayne's reputation for having only a lame facsimile of 21st century consciousness) where everyone gets a pocket-protector
or Comfort Food Day, where the first 1000 people able to squeeze themselves through the turnstiles gets a buscuit drowning in gravy
or.....why hell, the list can go on and on!
