The evil-twin defense

I love the defense offered by the Indiana truck driver charged with spying:

"But the truck driver from Greenfield, about 20 miles (32 kilometers) east of Indianapolis, contends he is a victim of mistaken identity, confused with a dead twin brother who he says worked for the Central Intelligence Agency."
