Tailing the Komets

Federals start this weekend

After winning two games in the road last weekend in Kalkaska, Mich., the Fort Wayne Federals will open their home schedule this weekend against Indianapolis. Game times are 8:40 p.m. Friday, 7 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday. Tickets cost $6 for adults and $4 for students and seniors.

It's still a pay to play team, so yep most of the guys would be from here.

There are some familiar Komet names on the roster.

Might be worth a trip out to just see him...

Someone should do a feature story on the kids on the team and their ties to the Komets....I would bet the interest level for the team would sky-rocket.

sue, they are a great fun team to watch! I caught a lot of the practices last year while at my own son's practices. The games are well worth it. Might not be an NHL game, people, but as long as you remember that going in, it's well worth it to see some young local talent, and some from the other teams too.
