Tailing the Komets

Frenchy is hurt again

Got to the rink early today to work on a few things and found out that Kevin has a bum ankle that he suffered when Lance Galbraith shoved a Quad City player into him late in Saturday's win over Quad City. The Komets have Joe Franke again as the emergency back-up goaltender to Kevin Kurk. More details to come.

I'm guessing it's not too awful since he was standing on it watching most of the game. We'll find out for sure tomorrow.

Chaulk said he'd be ready to play next Saturday no problem.

More injuries. This is crazy. The man just can't stay healthy. Its tough, he is very important to the team, but hes worthless in the stands. How much longer will this continue?

Sometimes things just happen. I know it's not because he's out of shape or anything. Frenchy came back this year in the best shape of his life.

The best shape of his life?!?! Are you SERIOUS?? He is still WAY over weight. He is a good goalie when he tryies but if he lost weight and had some work ethic he would be a GREAT Goalie.
