Interesting and someways disturbing comments from the captain.

Wonder if its 1 or more not wanting to play well with others, will we see a Nurato type defection soon?

My tickets are up in the corner more or less, on the Zamboni end. My brother's are 1st row in the opposite end. I sat with my brother for the 2nd period and got a great close up view of just how good Logan was. Amazing.
Even shots he was screened on he managed to stop or get a piece of, in part due to just how the puck was bouncing. Logan held a clinic last night.
Otherwise I think the played well, much better then we've seen so far. They seemed to be positioning better and their passing, to me, was a world apart from what we've seen so far. Tonight's game will be interesting.
Burgee, shots or SOG? Most shots are going to get deflected or stopped by the defense or gloved by the goalie even though they may be high or just off to the side and won't count if you're using the SOG clock to track them.

As much as I like Colin Chaulk, I can't see a reason for taking a holding the stick penalty in the offensive zone. At the other end of the ice, he found himself all alone, 12 feet in front of the Dayton goaltender. Instead of shooting, he decided to pass, to his leftwinger which resulted in no shot at all.
My father commented that Chaulk has become invisible. He is not sure if there isn't something wrong with him that we don't know about.
Schrock has become invisible also. My father's opinion, is Smith is the best player on the ice, as he is always moving and looking for an open area.
Milam is also living up to his expectations. When Bennefield and Thomas return, it wouldn't surprise my father or myself, to see Milam move to forward and a couple of forwards go.

Chaulk had more than 1 opportunity to shoot a wide open shot close to the net. I remember 3 times at least.

Sog, and there wasn't that many other shots. I was disappointed in the number of shots total on the power play

Chaulk talking about APod?
Why Starenkey didn't see more ice is beyond me.

Chaulk has been the one who has looked slow and out of place.

Kinda agree about APod if thats who Chaulk is talking about. When he has the puck never seems to want to pass during a rush. He just takes the puck around the boards behind the goalie and then loses it to the other team. This was the first time I got to see Starensky and he looked good for the few times he hit the ice.
