We'll start off with this: Komets are 25-0 in series where they take a 2-0 lead and 21-22 when they are tied 1-1 in a series.
Here's an easy trivia question: Only two times have the Komets opened playoff series by winning the first two games on the road. When and where?

vs the SanDiego Gulls.
You're half right.
1993, I think they also won the 1st two games vs Atlanta.
The ticket office here said it's going to be smaller crowd today...sad!
Correct, Mightbite.
Brad Phillips and Nick Boucher in goal.
Jon McIsaac is the ref.
My guess in Bloomington is that it is Spring Break week there..I would guess that Wed. nite crowd will be on the slim side also.
Same lineup as yesterday for the Ks.
Dont say it too loud but CHL TV isnt choppy right now
showing crowd and it dont look there is anyone there but komet fans lol
I hope the K's go right after them today. Finish checks, just play aggressive. No sitting back waiting for the game to come to them
I hate what Schrock did to Cloud, you either agree to go or you don't.
cescon for diving
Cescon is one of the last guy's on the K's I thought would take a diving penalty.....
Bloomy on the PP
What did Schrock do?
K's kill off the penalty

Thomas gets the PP goal! 1-0 K's
13 seconds into the PP...assists to Curdy/Apod
THOMAS PP GOAL :11 into PP
The Komets home attendence will be brutal also. Always is in the playoffs unless there is a chance to clinch a cup. I would guess 3,000 - 3,500 will be the actual attendence Wednesday (probably be announced around 5,500). The Komets give away a large amount of free tix in the regular season via promotions or to sponsors. Those typically don't occur in the playoffs. Not to mention the leadtime is only a few days as far as when the game is scheduled vs when its played in the playoffs whereas everyone knows it August when games in March will be played.
wooo hooo keep it up guys
I agree Brad... Spring break is never a good time to be starting playoffs... Plus, corporations dont get thier big blocks of seats during the playoffs either...
Chaulk and Sheehan of for matching minors..
off, not of.....
