Is called Crowd Chant by Joe Satriani.
I found it here song down at No. 13. I used Windows to hear it.
It doesn't really have any lyrics that I can tell. It does have a pretty good spot for a chant or two.
Found some more with an explanation here.

Thanks Blake, I still don't like it. Try something else please.
Absolutely not!! Keep it!!
The song stinks!!! I would rather go back to Blur song 2.
I like the song, especially the more I listen to it I can see the potential for chants. I think the biggest thing is that the sound system needs some tweeking. Its just not clear and doesn't have the boom you think it would. I have been listening to the song and I really think it would catch on more if you could actually hear it better. To me it seemed to go over well with the crowd for not having time to get use to it.
Hate the song...
I wish I had two more hands so I could give that song 4 thumbs down.
I really like the song. But I agree the sound system at the Coliseum leaves a lot to be desired. The song sounds great at my home, but at the Coliseum it is nothing more then background noise.
Goal song still stinks after thinking about it a few more hours.
Too much emphasis on this on any goal song more on the game and the players please. Let this subject die a quiet death.
That would because there was more of the song played than real 5-on-5 hockey!
There, I got both dead horses with one beat!
PLEASE TONY E. GIVE US A NEW SONG. YOU ALL THE ONLY THAT CAN!
I can still smell the stench of that new goal song...it is bad, very bad. LOL
I all......?!?!?!?
Jim what song would you like? Any positive contributions are always welcome.
There are plenty of good local bands here in the area. Why not have a contest to produce a new goal song. Have a sponser put up decent money,to go to the winner.Kinda like name the team contests.
I listened to the song on the computer its ok,but still want R&R II. The sound system @ the coliseum still needs to be clearer.
I really liked the song; it has a very good beat and there are places in there for chants. Two thumbs up!! Keep it!!
That song is horrible!
As I said earlier, everybody will never be happy with whatever Larry picks. He did an excellent job with the song and the crowd was really into it. A few people on here make no difference. I say thank you to Larry for a wonderful effort Saturday night. All the music was just fine. Let's just talk about hockey and let larry do his job. He's very good at it.
Same conversation going on with the Minnesota Wild:

Thing is, when you watch a Wild game, their crowd is into the song, love it or hate it.
Personally, I like it. I think more people will once the crowd can get into it. Here's to hoping we score 8 goals every night to speed up the learning process.
Amen Nicko
How about cheering loud enough after a goal that if you don't like the song you will not be able to hear it? ;-)
That would work too Tony. I know that I left the game with a sore throat from yelling.
That's a great idea.
I was driving down the road today in Grabill and thought I had run over a pile of horse droppings because something stunk. Then, I looked beside me and right there in the seat of the truck was a copy of the new goal song... Boy that song stinks!!!!!!!!!
I have to agree with ilovehockey...just because people don't like the goal song doesn't mean they are gonna stop going...i personally don't think its the greatest song but then again i'm not the deciding factor to whether it stays or goes...i think larry did a great job and the beginning was great and i knew once that song was playing that that was the goal song...my son really enjoyed it so on behalf of him lets keep it lol...when he scores goals in his net he likes me to play that so for me its growing on me...awesome job larry
I was walking around in the backyard today and stepped in a huge pile of the new goal song...man that song is hard to get off your shoes and MAN, does it burn the nose hairs.
I too, think that Larry the PA Guy does a great job. I just don't like that song. If he could only put in the song that was played just after the Name That Movie Game. I can't remember its name, maybe Larry will see this and tell us. That song has a better beat and is more exciting. No offense to anyone including ILOVEHOCKEY...this is not an attack on your taste or anything, I just truly don't like it.
When I am putting pucks in my net at home, I don't play that song. LOL
You know what songs I play Heather...
"You were caught in the cross-fire of childhood and stardom, blown on the steel breeze....come on you target for far away laughter, come on you stranger, you legend, you martyr, and shine!"
RIP Syd.....
the songs you play suck lol
and as far as you scoring any goals regardless if they are in your net or not well that just makes me laugh
no offense to you though lol
Wow....Syd Barrett was a legend...Sorry I made mention to it. I apologize. Ouch.
