Artie is getting better and better with each game. Lardner is very street smart, or would that be ice smart? Schrock always hustles, and whoever plays with Chaulk usually looks good. Still think this team is suffering from "head" issues.
I can't agree that Leo looks bad on the ice.
Funny how Patrasso has gone away since not being on a line with Chaulk and Lardner.
The biggest problem is Guy and PC back on the blueline during the PP. They can't handle the puck all the sudden, whats the deal with that?

JM. I don't think that puck handling problem is "all the sudden". Put Ratz and a stay at home guy who can shoot the puck out there on the PP. I was almost sick listening to the Chaser call the 5 on 3 at the end of the game on WOWO. Bad passes, missed nets. They had a real chance to turn the weekend from Heck into something.

Does anyone know if something happened to Reiter tonight at warm ups? HE was supposed to start tonight but than Boucher came out for the starting line-ups.
I would say that Molle has been playing pretty well. He seems to be one of the stronger defenseman we have. Couple that with having to be paired with Warner, and well that says it all.
It was my understanding Boucher was supposed to start tonight. Kevin came out before the doors opened and was goofing around on the ice, and he never does that when he's starting.
But Kevin was the first one off the bench when they came out for warm-ups, isn't that the starting goalie usually?

The vets looked awful tonight... Guy and his blind pass...PC could not have hit an open net from 5 feet away and Chaulk taking a STUPID HORRIBLE DUMB penalty near the end costing them any chance of tying things up. Blast me if you want but those are the facts.
While I am at it let me light up Cescon too. What does he do for this team besides fight and take STUPID HORRIBLE DUMB penalties like his cross check tonight right in front of what has to be the worst referee I have seen in a long long time. The guy has no concept about how to keep flow of a game. I don't usually rip officials but gheesh...get a clue! And for the love of fat, have you ever seen a crew who can't get out of the way of the puck worse than these three??
Well I think Cescon has played a pretty consistant role all year on the blue-line and he adds toughness on the blue-line. The call he got tonight was a lame one like most of the calls tonight. If you are going to call anyone out call out Leo who missed two break away opprotunities tonight when Bloomy had their break away they scored.
You are right on Leo and a few of the others. There are no finishers on this team. Curdy was supposed to be one, PC used to be one.
Bloomingtons goalie played well tonight. But too many good scoring chances never hit the net and he had open looks at too many shots without much traffic in front. Then again with PC and some of the others firing shots 5 feet over the net with no clue where they are going, why would anyone want to risk their faces standing in front of the net to set screens or get tip ins?
You know who is playing well? Larry the PA man! No matter how boring some of these games may be, thanks to Larrys music and sound effects I'll never be put to sleep!

Eventually this team is going to have to stop blaming the ref's for thier poor play, regardless of how bad they are. They were bad for Bloomy also and they still scored goals and got a win...
How much did that stretch were they played playoff like hockey to get back into the playoff's take out of this team? They look tired and worn out, vets making rookie mistakes...

Tuesday night game in Bloomy, hopefully the boys can get some rest and take one on thier home ice (repay the favor).
They couldn't blame the refs for hardly getting a shot during the 5 on 3 at the end. Snuff you are right about Colin's penalty. But they lost the chance 2 minutes earlier.

At the post-game skate, one of the players...I won't mention who...had the cahones to blame the ref. I believe his comment was something to the effect of, "You can play as hard as you want, and with your best effort, but in the end it's up to the ref. We'll get 'em next time."
