The IHL and CHL have announced they are entering into a formal association which will lead to inter-league games next season between the IHL and CHL teams located in Tulsa, Okla.; Independence, Mo.; Southaven, Miss.; Rapid City, S.D.; and Wichita, Kans.

You gotta love legal mumbo-jumbo. LOL. But seriously, I always feel a little bit weird about it when they talk about the IHL's 60 year history. You know they are reaching when they start talking about Hextall's NHL experience. No disrespect intended, but he 's the Commissioner of "I", not a player.
