I just watched the Starenky video and have to say how nice it is to hear excitement in a players voice for a change. You can argue that you've heard that in the interviews with the vets also, but I would disagree. This is an excitement for the game and heat of battle, not a paycheck. This is heart and desire, the eye of the tiger. It is the kid talking about presents the night before Santa comes. THIS is what was missing last year. I'm officially fired up. GO KOMETS!!

Get your pom-poms RK. I agree with you. Despite the "lack of a fighter feeling" that most people have, this season has a better fighting ability in it. That's win offensively.

I am glad that there is a fresh voice of leadership in the room in addition to what is already there.
