Without trying to call someone this late at night, any idea when the bus would leave?
Can you bring beer on the bus?/
The Bus Company & I will work out the time today. I will check with them on the Beer. This is a bone bare trip. Flint is having a $5.00 per ticket special price. It is the Komets only game that week-end. Komet Kuarters was very kind to offer to help out with the tickets. We will leave from Komet Kuarters parking lot. My best guess is the bus should leave around 3:00 or 3:30 pm. That is all I can tell you right now.
HERE IS THE STRAIGHT SKINNY: I CAN NOT ALLOW ANY ALCOHOL ON THE BUS. I SIMPLY CAN NOT AFFORD THE EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE BUS. IT IS A 3 HOUR TRIP. THE BUS WILL LEAVE KOMET KUARTERS AT 3:30 PM. SHARP FOR THE 7:30 GAME WITH THE GENERALS. UPON COMPLETION OF THE GAME WE WILL HEAD BACK TO THE FORT. IF I FAIL TO GET 55 PEOPLE I WILL BE FORCED TO CANCEL AND ALL MONEY WILL BE RETURNED. YES! It is a non smoking bus! The bus company is 2 Ladies & a Bus. The same one the team uses. I would be more than willing to work on the meet and greet with Brendan Savage. He is well loved in Flint. At least by most of his readers. I hear there is one guy that is not very fond of him. He talks big about his dislike of the Komets but I am pretty sure it is just hot air or maybe type-O's
I can get Savage lined up for you, he is my new buddy...LOL. Seriously though, I can get him if you need him.

tantardini--I can not help it. I would have had to charge an extra $6 per ticket. Plus ANY DAMAGES. This is a quick, fun trip. Bare bones I know. It just has to be that way.

YOU ask for it! You got it! Brendan Savage will do a "Meet & Greet" when we arrive in Flint. He will take a few questions. I am also pretty sure he will not tell us his problems with the Komets. For you new bloggers he always has something clever to say about the Fort!
