I know someone else already mentioned this; but for those who didnt see it or havent noticed it, the K's are getting a big old dose of Dayton over the next month... 7 of the next 15 games are against the Gems.... Ugh!

Really? A 3 game winning streak is reason to call people out? Where were all the people at during the 5 game skid predicting that a 6pt weekend was coming?

JM, same old stuff.... Some are here with thier opinions (positive and/or negative) all the time and others only get emboldened with wins...

Love how all the "positive" folks are the first ones to personally call people out when they think things are going "their" way.. The so called "negative nellies" simply point to what they consider weak points concerning the komets or our league.. You know, hockey related attacks.

After that dreadful start, hopefully the Komets can put together an epic run. Would make for a memorable season. Still am a bit worried at this point. A 3 game win streak is a good sign, however we are still below .500 and, nowhere near out of the woods yet.

Has anyone looked at the CHL standings? Other than one team we are 2-5 games already played behind. The other team is 1 game ahead. I think the schedule had to hurt the Komets as well as a couple of other things. But more games together, a new system and a few new faces seemed to have helped. I am being cautiously optimistic but am thrilled to see the offense and 3 wins this past weekend. And I am not too familiar with Tad Lardner. Can anyone fill me in? And does anyone think Curadeau is on the hot seat. He has gotten better also as the whole team has. Just curious who could be out after all the guys come off IR.

KometKrazy - IMO Curadeau is starting to turn things around and will be around a while. I was disappointed with him in begining, however with the offense picking up he may start to shine. Larder should be a solid guy for us. Point per game or so. (slightly under perhaps). Another Leader for us is the hopeful point to this signing. Fingers corssed here, and hoping for an eye opining turn around for this team.

I doubt Curadeau is the guy that goes in the Long run....He is younger, has more upside, and is the better player of our higher paid players.

Who would you keep?

PC or Curdy?

Guy or Curdy?

Yes....

Just doesn't go towards the Cap.

Dressed players go towards the cap.

I guess that is why we will see the old Shell Game played this season with guys going back and forth between the active roster and the IR.

Might be why Evansville is playing with 15 or 16 guys each night, one of those being the goalie.....

My question, aren't the Icemen rolling the dice if their Goalie gets hurt or sick, or tossed from the game, who goes into net if they only dress one goalie?

Can they hurry a forward into Goalie Gear and onto the ice?

Things that make you go hmmmm.......
