Where are the teams that would make up the IHL3???
Toronto? I don't dislike them. They just aren't doing very well (no kidding, right?). But whenever they put their up-and-comers in the line-up, they do better. It's kind of a joke, actually. When they've won, people joke that their opponents lost to the Marlies. That's got to be a good sign.

What are your thoughts on how tonights delay will affect the game tonight? Do you think it would be a good idea to have Saturday's game start at 8 - 8:30 to give the guys extra rest after tonight?
I don't know JR, but nothing would surprise me. I'm not convinced all of these CHL teams will be around by then. The economics are just too hard, especially with gas over $3 a gallon, and these attendance figures. I'm hearing all kinds of rumors about some teams going to USHL or NAHL.

Is $21 the going rate for a chl ticket? Seems high? In flint we could get 10 tickets for $20 and the quality of hockey was above the ahl. The chl just doesn't cut it.

Usually it works out better for the team coming in. The team that has been sitting at the rink for hours usually starts off slow -- at least that's the case when it's the Komets who have been sitting there. Fans are impatient; OK, more impatient than normal, too.
Blake, I agree with what your saying about the economy; but I just dont see where the teams will come from unless there is a mass defection from the ECHL by teams in the midwest....
