Wow, that sucks, I hope this doesn't turn into a career ending injury for him. I hope he has a speedy recovery

Can't speak for the first hit, but my understanding was that there was nothing malicious about the hit on Lawmaster. Even Lawmaster was saying it was just a fluke thing. I'm sure this could have been a lot worse. I do wish Liambas a full and speedy recovery.

The IHL is better off without him. They are a JOKE for not respecting the suspension he received in the OHL.
Great message IHL and way to get respect from the NHL and other leagues....
"You get suspended from your Junior team? No problem! Come here and we will PAY YOU to hurt people here".

That suspension was a joke, watch the hit, it was clean shoulder to shoulder.

Ummm...nooo.... it was shoulder to side/back of the HEAD. LiambA** as he has been called for years has been a dirty player since he was 12 years old.

Is there a video posted somewhere of the hit?

And as I recall, everyone was saying that it was "karma" for Lawmaster when he was injured as well. You can say, "Well, I guess he had it coming," but in truth, we ALL have it coming. And yes, I did steal that from "Unforgiven", but it's true.

you'll notice on the replay angle at about 40 seconds that he waits till the Fanelli turns his head then goes shoulder to head

I agree Liambas should not be playing hockey at all. That hit on Finnelli was about as dirty as it gets. Never want to see anyone hurt but Finnelli may never play hockey again. He skated from the blue line as hard as he could before just about taking the kids head off. Finnelli was 16 btw.

Mitch said there is no way he was the one who stepped on Liambas and he doesn't know where that is coming from.
