Tailing the Komets

Monday's stories

Here's a column about how the Komets are doing against Todd Robinson and Robin Bouchard.

Then here's a notebook starting off with how Sebastien Laplante is staying ready and there's some fascinating stuff about Nick Boucher's play in Muskegon and on the road.

Hawthorne will work in Muskegons favor, whereas Langdon and Searle wouldn't call anything when Bouchard and Robinson fell, but when Hawthorne sees someone go down, his hand goes up. If Hawthorne calls a dive on them i'll faint.

My biggest concern is Hawthorne. He is the one thing the Komets can not control. If he gets whistle happy it will not be pretty. If he lets the boys play the game it will be decided on the ice ware is should be. We can out play, out hustle and out hit Muckegon. Trust me after last Saturday they know it. Changing goaltenders will make a difference. We have solved Pool alot. You nailed it perfectly Blake. I really enjoy your "Notebook"
