Salary cap is $10,200 per week but teams may designate one exempt player whose salary only counts 50 percent to the cap.
The minimum a team must spend is $8,200 per week.
The limit/max teams can spend on housing is whatever level they are able but if the player opts to receive the money directly for a home they are buying or if they do not want to live in team provided housing than there are caps of $400/700 depending on if the player is single or has a family.
Teams must still have five developmental players at all times of 128 games or less pro experience.
Veterans rule has expanded to five plus one who played for you last, and again does not include goaltenders.
There's really not a whole lot of difference compared to what it was in the CHL last year.
