I most defintely feel that Haun has been the K's MVP thus far...
For a back-up goalie to have the most games played and minutes in the league so far and is at the top or near the top in almost every goalie category is amazing.
I like the way he, for most part, has been able to calm down his defense when things have gotten scrambly. He's been very good at just covering up for faceoffs when they seem to need one.
Who's got questions?
Mike Sgroi was released in the CHL... He would be a fun character to bring in...as long as he is still playing his old style...
Any word on Shafranov?
I think Mike Srgoi would be a great signing because he can still play the game, too. I wonder what happened.
Nothing new on Shaf. Originally they said he may wait until after the New Year to come off IR. I think it all depends on how many roster spots they need. There's a guy who's not very big but who goes to the net.

Shafranov also works hard on every shift night in and night out... For a player in his 40's, thats impressive...

I think Haun has been doing fine considering the lack of goal support he's gotten. The K's could've been totally screwed when Boucher went down.

Mike Sgroi is a big tough character who can play a regular shift...at least he used to be able to... Plays a fairly decent power forward role and isnt afraid to drop the mits... In fact he was doing that MMA stuff in the off season...

Leo Thomas was considered a bad lockerroom guy before he came here... Just depends on the strength and character of the lockerroom...
Sometimes you need someone who is a little bit of a... jerk, in the locker room to stir things up. Only one though.
That's true... although I sometimes wonder if Leo gives a darn some nights. I like the guy but sometimes he needs a fire lit under his backside.
