Since we all seem to be talking back and forth over about five topics, let's put them all into one. I'll do this until 10 p.m., and then I'm done for the night.
Don't you guys think Haun has been the MVP so far?

Why is it that smart*** and dumb*** sometimes mean the same thing? Why is it so hard to keep a kitten out of the Christmas tree?
So who are some of the better players available out there? I don't keep track of stuff like that as well as I should.
Thanks Blake!! I just found out about the live blog
Hello? Is this thing on? Anybody out there?
I'm not sure there ARE better players out there, but there are ALWAYS players out there. Larry told me the other day that Jamie Milam got released in the ECHL.
How about Klempa for mr. hustle.. i know its early but that guy never takes a shift off
I think Klempa may be the most hard-luck shooter out there. He's always hustling and moving, but just can't buy one of late. Or maybe I should say, he should get about two goals every game for the chances he generates.
If there is a guy who can't buy one right now its gotta be Hukalo
Happy bday Harley! And I agree on Klempa... yesterday Mom and I were picking out the guys who seem to want to keep their jobs and he was one of them.
Huk is still trying to find his legs and his touch. He still knows where to go, but he's having a hard time getting there right now. I think he's getting frustrated, too.
Hukalo was alot like that when he first came over to the K's... All kinds of chances; but could never capitalize on all the chances he created from his stick handling...
I second that oc has performed at 100% after his return from the Wings. Is there any one know if Olivia "Boom Boom " still out there?
Think of the city, the team or the fans. I know what Men's Health Magazine thinks! Seriously, I think they dislike Fort Wayne because the team is so good and the fans like to make sure everybody knows that, which is perfectly understandable. I think there's also a perception that the Komets run the league given they're the most successful franchise. Before anyone jumps down my throat, I'm not saying that's true. I'm just saying I think that's the perception.
the new guys that have come in lately klempa and chewy definitlely better be here all year-- what happens when boucher comes back? Hoping they just platoon each other til Al finds the hot one
Here's my bold prediction for the evening: Lincoln Kaleigh Schrock is going to be the next David Hukalo, scoring about 20 goals in three years. He's already that good defensively.
Shoulder injuries suck....
I would imagine that's the plan with the goalies. I was impressed with the Gens last week, Brendan. They looked like a team that was getting bigger and better. They were also hitting.
Hukalo with a lil more attitude...
Yes they do! I've had rotator cuff issues myself...
I'm not sure about that JR. Huks is still a son of a gun to play against.
good call on schrock, Blake!!
What are they going to do with Guy? Hes a great man off the ice and is a Komet Hall of Famers, but the last few games it really looks like the game has passed him by
blake i believe tim haun will be the future goalie of fort wayne for years to come.
i had the pleasure of playing with him last year in huntsville.and also lived with him for about two months down there. he is a first class goaltender and a first class guy.
Dave, Olivier is still with Kzoo last I heard.
Soupy! Great picture today on Facebook.
Ladies and gentlemen, former Komet Ed "Soupy" Campbell.
what are you up to these days,Soupy
Soupy, Tim has done nothing but impress here. He's everything you say.
And I knew that somebody was gonna bring that up right after I typed that... Hukalo is great at getting under peoples skin and is one of those players that opposing players HATE to play against....a pest in a way; but Schrock has that extra bit of nastiness and is more willing to drop the mits and go....
Mike, I think Guy will get it going. He's a very proud person who will use this as a challenge.
Wow Blake you never know who's gonna stop by here! Hi Soupy!
This has been fun but I gotta call it a night...early start tomorrow. Have a good night everyone and don't hesitate to stop by and say hi at the games. I'm in lower 217.
