I am so happy, Schebig has been hitting me up to come over and tan all summer long, now he has something to do, sharpen your crayons and bring plenty of paper.

OK, I know we promised not to talk about these anymore, but Wendy, would you email me your "ad" for your dog treats to my home email? I have a friend (well, 2 really) who may be interested. Thanks! And Jason scored his first goal today....his team won in a 9-1 blowout victory. His team is great.

Blog Foul! No tennis = No Dog Biscuits = No Road Apples.

2 min unsportsmanlike, 10 misconduct, you must sit by Wilford Brimley and feel shame.

Yet we have to listen to you talk about your pills and tanning your rolls all summer, Burgee? One week misconduct for being a hypocrite!

Hi Blake. Hey, just out of curiousity. What is the latest on Curradeau? I have not seen or heard his name anywhere. Also as long as I'm asking about players; is there any word on how Varone, Whitehead, and Saidechev are doing in their respective AHL camps? I saw last week that Dominic Osman was released from the Red Wings camp ( I didn't even know he was invited) and is now free to join the Toledo Walleye. Wendy, I have to congratulate you. A few threads ago you mentioned your homemade dog biscuits and I can't believe how popular they have become. I mean you really have a lot of people "barking" for them!!!

Burgee is off his meds again! DO NOT pay any attention to him. It happens every time he gets a week-end pass. I am hoping that when the season starts he will snap out of it. I think there is something about live hockey action that will bring him back to reality. I sure hope it does.

I need a Hawthorne fix, something about that just brings my blood pressure up and stabilizes things.

Burgee--Your in trouble. Hawthorne retired!! You will need to pick another zebra you can love to hate. I am just the messenger. Please talk to your doctor maybe he can give you some kind of suntan lotion substitute. One that get get you through the cloudy, dark and cold winter days. If that fails try getting a job! Than you will have a real reason to be depressed.

Gee, I wouldn't think Hawthorne would want to retire until he got a call right. Would you?

THEY CALLED AND HE MISSED IT. HE WAS TO BUSY LOOK AT HIMSELF IN A MIRROR.

Alan, I direct you to the AHL Worcester Sharks site to answer one of your questions. Curradeau, Saidechev & O'Connor played for them in their pre-season games. Curradeau scored in a few of their games and it looks like he's made the team....for now.
Saidechev scored their lone goal (with 3 seconds left in the game) in a 4-1 loss but has been cut from the squad, as has OC (and he's headed for K-Zoo).
By the looks of things, the 3 even played on the same line at times. I would've liked to have seen that.

So...Serena Williams stepping in a road apple while hitting a dog biscuit with her tennis racket is out then? ;)

Does it have to be a referee? Here's some linesman humor that should help:

BLB... Er... I can't find the right email address. (D'oh!) Could you shoot me a quick message I can reply to?
