MacMillian got "beat-down" from Goulet. If franke don't need Sgroi he had better be looking somewhere for a HEAVYWEIGHT. That was the biggest missmatch.

Tiger-That is not what Goulet said. Mac ask him to go again and he didn't want anymore. In the first fight the only guy spitting blood sure wasn't Mac. I would have called the the second fight a draw. They both threw some big shots in the first fight and both landed some big punches. Goulet out weighs Mac by 45 pounds and 5 inches. There is a lot of him to fight.

The first fight was a Mac win for sure. The second fight was a Goulet win easily. My question for Dschebig is this. Did you say that Mac asked Goulet to go again? If that is what you are saying then I am confused. Isn't the rule that three fighting majors in one game result in an automatic suspension? It seems to me that I would rather have him on the ice than serve a one-game suspension. Doesn't make sense to me.

I don't think it is a suspension, you get a game misconduct after 3 fights to be served the rest of the remaining game.....but in Mac's case, it might carry a suspension as there is a league code of conduct that tallies game misconducts and suspensions and any other disciplinary actions that might have been taken, and he might have been subject to another suspension in his case.

I just saw the fight footage, mac cleaned up on the first scrap and easily lossed the second tilt against the monster goulet, ive got orange tinted glasses to but i cant give mac the second bout.

Right Tiger. Goulet is 6-5 245 and is the one that gave Stayzer the concussion a couple weeks ago. Plus Goulet is a good hockey player to go along with his toughness. Would love to see a trade with QC to get him here with Mac then we have the correct blend of toughness!!!! What do you think Hit and Batman??

Alan- I set right between them and my comment was a quote. There is always the possiblity Mac was blowing smoke. He gets very intense. He looked totally pooped to me but they all shoot their mouths off when they get in the box. Sometimes it is really very funny. They complement each other or want to kill each other. There is no question Mac pounded Rechlicz pretty good. He (Rechlicz)had a mouth full of blood. Mac was really pumped after that go round.
