Tailing the Komets

p1150390

Two great passes, the first from Mathieu Curadeau from below his own goal line to Derek Patrosso at the far blue line that Patrosso made an excellent shot on that he blew past Jeff Harvey.

Then Brandon Warner hit Curadeau from the blue line with a pass to the side of the net for an easy tap-in power-play goal.

Assist schrock on the second goal for standing in front of the goalie and mirroring his moves so he couldn't see.

The Warner-Curadeau goal was a thing of beauty. Technically a tap-in but in reality Mat didn't move his stick. He held it still giving Brandon a target and Brandon ricocheted the puck off of the blade and into the net. What an accurate shot........

Wonder why Paul has been doing goal judge duty along with driving the Zamboni?

And congratulations to him, he became a grandfather again Friday night, mom and baby doing well and at tonight's game.
