Dennis Schebig is doing it again, this time for Game 6 on Saturday, May 1 in Port Huron -- if necessary. $40 includes bus and ticket to the game. Bus will be leaving Komet Kuarters at 1:30 p.m. and stopping for dinner along the way. There needs to be at least 55 people sign up at Komet Kuarters. Any questions? Will there be a meet and great with Laaaaaarrrrrrrry or Stanley? How much should I tip the bus driver? Will the bus have wi-fi? Can we bring signs that say Komets Rule and Stanley Drools? Is it improper to remove your shoes enroute? I have 5 people chipping in to buy superfans ticket and meal if he goes on the bus.

mightbite--This is a Komet Fan bus "hint hint". NO ALCOHOL. It would raise the price of the bus another $15.00 per seat. Drink before you get there, while your there and when you get home. Get sick on the bus you will answer to me. At that time you will find out I am not always the nicest guy to deal with. We are going to support the Komets not PH! I hope you understand. You are more than welcome but since you have said you want PH and Flint to win those riding the bus might just take exception to someone who is not rooting for the K's.
One more thing++++ there will only be one bus going. 55 seats "First Come First Served". I have seat #56. If you think you would like to go and you think the series will go six games get to Komet Kuarters. DO NOT WAIT until next week.

mightbite-It isn't personal, but I try to do these as a breakeven deal. Some people just can't afford $55.00. Some people don't want to deal with those who drink. I'll enjoy a brew at the game but not on the bus. Just to much liability I do not want to pay for. If I am donig the work that's the way it has to be. You can always charter your own bus and allow alcohol.. Sorry!

Awww....wish I could be on the bus. Komet travel hockey tryouts with the kiddo that day! Future Komet responsibilities prohibit me from joining. But I'll be there in spirit, and ++++ I won't have to smell Burgee's feet+++ LOL

It is a 56 pass. bus. I only sell 55 seats so seat 56 is mine! Cool isn't it.

Gotcha! I was a little worried there. Last bus trip (to Dayton), we had Paul the Zamboni driver as a passenger on out bus. I thought that was good....not only is he a really nice guy, but in case the bus driver passed out or anything, Paul could always drive the bus! )
Thanks for the compliment JM. Obviously you know who I am.....do I know you? Just curious. Larry's actually a sweet guy who is a lil but feisty on the ice and likes to stir up controversy. I feel kinda bad since last night after getting pulled he came to the bench and asked where my jersey was. I told him I didn't think y'all would let me get out alive wearing it. After he gave the kid that stick he might've earned enough goodwill to have a few people who won't try to murder me. Guess what will make a return to the Jungle Sunday? :)

I had a terrible dream last night (no, it wasn't the game!) that I went to reserve two spots on the bus and was told there was only one left...and the guy in charge was the manager from "Slapshot."
I got there right as Komet Kuarters opened this morning and happily reserved both spots - I will say they were filling up fast, though; there were 3 people in front of me, and three who came in after me. If you haven't got yours yet, you better hurry!
I will say that we have 11 seats left on the bus. We have sold a all of them today..get yours today or tomorrow
