Fort Wayne-native Ryan Potts is making the road trip with the Komets this weekend. No word yet on if someone else got hurt, sick or re-called. Potts is a rookie forward who is the grandson of Komets great Reggie Primeau. He works for Lincoln Financial.

According to the Komets' website Osman will be out this weekend with an injury and Potts is taking is place. I wonder if he will be skating on the top line with Chaulk and Shaf or if Sims will shuffle things around.
I would move Varone up to the shaf chaulk line for this weekend. No offense to Potts but he should not take Os' place while we have Varone sitting on the bench. The kid just needs to be on a line and he will shine.
