Actually, you can. Scroll down to the bottom of where he appears and move your mouse to your left (his right) a green box appears. Click on the "X" and he is gone. You might have to repeat if you go to another page on the K's website.

He-he. See? Because I do work for a website development company, I knew that would be people's reactions to that pop-up guy. The first time I saw it, I just shook my head. Then I asked one of my bosses, "Who on Earth would think something like that was a good idea?" He said, "The person who sold it to them."
