The Komets have done a fantastic job of late killing penalties, giving up only two power-play goals in their last 47 chances against, and one of those was a 5-on-3 last Friday after Tab Lardner had already scored in that series. To me, that's the biggest ingredient to any playoff team besides goaltending.
Any way, here's some great memories from Dave Longsworth from the 1993 playoffs dealing with penalty killing and the Hustle and Bustle line of Ian Boyce, Lee Davidson and Peter Hankinson. For my money, that's the best checking line the Komets have ever had. My favorite line was from Hankinson talknig about shadowing Dave Michayluk that year, ``If he goes to the bathroom, I'm there.''

I love that! Both the "Hustle and Bustle" line, and "if he goes to the bathroom, I'm there"....good stuff. Boyce is a great guy and still an awesome skater.
Any chance of getting the last minute of the last 5 championship games?
Snuff: GREAT request.
I would absolutely LOVE to have Chaser's call from the last few minutes of the 2010, 2009, and 2008 championship. I have a short clip of the audio from the 2003 championship (the Dusty Virag goal) and it STILL gives me goosebumps. I would simply LOVE to have the Hodgman goal from the 3OT game. I've never heard it, but I'm sure it's awesome.
Lee Davidson was a God!!!
Blake...I rarely agree with you....But I'm going to. Between Boyce and Davidson, you really had nowhere to go with the puck without getting hit, Hankenson was more of a stick work guy than a body on body guy if I remember right.
